I hope everyone likes knives, cause thats what everyone is getting for christmas! I finally finished up the last batch of "presents",
some commissioned, some for family.
The top knife was a small piece of cutoff that i was kind of playing around with shapes on and came up with, kinda diferent but very comfortable.
It has a curly maple handle and 15n20 blade.
The next 2 have elk antler handles, hammered brass pins and the same steel. the bottom one is one of a matched pair and another new design for me, I Like it alot and already have
another order for one just like it. Thanks for looking.

Looking good.

I am liking elk antler more and more. I've got a couple of antlers just sitting around. You're making me think.

Ben,
That top one looks a lot like a knife I made out of one side of a set of bolt cutter blades. If the point was rounded-off to the same radius as your thumb it would be almost the same.
That was one of the best knives I EVER had. I skinned hundreds of beavers and muskrats with that thing and never once cut a skin with that blunt, but edge sharp knife.
I lost it on an antelope hunt a couple of years ago.
That's a design you oughta keep! Great looking knives. Simple, clean and all business.

Those are good looking Ben. The receipents will be very pleased!! I'm really impressed with the antler scales. I have the hardest time getting antler scales to look good..
