Title: snowshoe longbow?

I,m a newbie. and have  been bitten by the traditional bug,i can barely even look at my compound anymore. I got a firefly longbow last year and love it, i met a guy at work who has a snowshoe longbow? he said it was made in northern mi by terry obal i cannot find any info anywhere, does anyone know anything about snowshoes?  he said 300$ is this a good buy?

Jays in Gaylord sold them for a while but don't know if they still carry them.

I haven't seen a Shoeshoe bow at Jays in two years so they might not be making them anymore. I think new they were around $450 if I remember right. I tried one thinking the shortness of it would be nice but after just a few shots I knew short bows were not for me.

I ordered one new about 8 years ago.  Base price was 295.00 and the fancier woods were 375.00.  Personally I thing 300.00 is too much to pay for a used one.  200.00 would be more in line.  Chad

Call Lamont Granger at the footedshaft as he used to sell them also...maybe he has some information..
