Some of you know I was selected to make the first year's club knives for the Custom Knife Collector's Association, in a limited number of 20 knives.
This is headed out to Switzerland, and was nice enough that I thought I might share it here.
It just had spectacular Blackwood and I got really nice activity out of the clay induced hamon in the W2 tool steel.

Those hamon's get more prevelant on every knife!!

Karl, that's a great looking knife!
I could put that to good use! Although, despite the dry summer there are so many acorns on the ground and still falling, I have not seen a deer yet after two mornings bow hunting!
