Title: 1084 and Bocote
Post by: JohnHV on August 08, 2010, 06:27:00 PM
Picked up a nice piece of bocote at the Blade show.  1084 forged blade and copper pins.  This is my first attempt with 1/4 inch stock.  A lot more forgiving than the thin stuff I was working with before.

This one wasn't meant to be too pretty as it was really for heat treating practice and a knock around knife for this upcoming hunting season.

Next one will be a longhunter style, hopefully with antler.
