This is the same style, i always seam to make for people, 1095 steel with mesquite handle, mosaic pins, 8" oal

If it ain't broke why fix it!

Looks like a useful, no nonsense design to me.

Nice job on the file work.  I'd like to get mine to look that clean someday.
