Just finished this one up. Clay coated W1 quenched in brine. (scary). Saw a slight hamon and Ill probably polish it out when I get the time.
Vine and thorn filework with curly maple scales. Right now the blade is just a 150 grit machine finish. Forged in distal taper, with a slightly tapered tang. 3/32 stainless pins, I shouldnt have put in the middle pin but I did anyways. I might put one above it to make it look less out of place.
Its around 12" overall with a SCARY sharp edge.
Thanks for looking.

Nice work,
I bet it would fit right in at a black powder rondy or a hunting camp too.
