What means do you have for hardening first?
Tempering times and temperatures are relevant only in reference to the steel being fully hardened first.

well,some details: coal forge,use magnet to check critical temp....plan to quench in olive oil or hydraulic fluid.

Do yourself a favor and use vet  grade mineral oil.
Any farm-type store has it by the gallon and is the basic vehicle in a lot of proper quenching oils, minus the important additives that make them work correctly.
Olive oil is for cooking and radically breaks down into a worthless nuthin' at about 500 degress.
Hydraulic fluid breaks down at an even LOWER temp!
"Critical temp" for Cru Forge V is about 1525. Ferrous metals go non-magnetic at 1415.
If you can somehow control your austenizing heat at 1525 for Cru Forge V without any over heating and grain size increase, and then get an even throughout heat in the blade, a full quench in some warm mineral oil MAY give you full hardness which is about 63RC for CFV.
2 two hours tempers at:
350 = 62RC.
400 = 61RC.
425 = 59RC.
450 = 58RC.
