Title: LL Beans Camo Wool Hunting Pants....Pics
Post by: joe skipp on February 03, 2007, 01:33:00 PM
Finally received my Maine Guide Wool hunting pants from LL Bean. I planned on breaking them in here on rabbits but....they sent the wrong size.

Another pair is on the way...These aren't bad for $75, nice pattern. I took the 2 pics below to see how they would blend in for my cold weather ground hunting....

they look pretty good. what's the weight on those? My wife is working in Boston and was looking for something to do tomorrow rather than sit in the hotel and be board. I may have to send her up 95 to Portland to pick me up a pair.  :)

I've never gone wrong with anything I purchased from LL Bean.  Just wish I could get on their mailing list for their hunting catalog.  I call to get on the list and receive it from my call then never again    .  Maybe my wife has an in with them   :biglaugh:

Those are good pants.I bought a pair about 4-5 years ago when they first came out.Theyre light yet warm and durable. With a pair of thermax or filson long johns they make fine late season gear.
