THe good news: I havent made a knife in a while but promised I would make one for a fund raiser for a Cancer Hospice Center.
Blade: 1/8" thick Damascus made from 1095 and 15N20 (2% nickel) steel. 3 3/4 blade length, 7 1/2 inch overall
Handle: Amboynia Burl, Maple Burl with Hard rock maple spacers and brass pins
Sheath: Hand cut, stitched and dyed, 8 Oz. Tooling leather
Display stand: Antler and walnut.

The Bad news: The day I finished it, I had a relative die of cancer the day before she entered hospice. 47 year old mother of 3. I'm hoping the knife makes the center a few bucks.
