This is out of piece of bandsaw blade and my first try at heat treat. Seemed to harden well and pattern looks pretty cool. Trying leather work also. I stopped at a lumber mill for a scrap and guy in the shop gave me a 5' x 9" piece of blade.

Thank you, very flattering coming from all of you knife guys. That is bacote and my first try at superglue finish. The blade is pretty much the way it comes out of the forge with a little sanding. I like the rustic look.

That is sweet Paul! You did good! What's with the rail tie and chain? looks good in the pic! Do you have a homemade forge. Good shootin, Steve
