I saw a post recently regarding a knife built from an old Bear bow. I have a 70's futurewood grizzly that I turned into a two piece when I didnt use a stringer. So, I have the riser section and thought it would be cool to have a knife built from the riser wood. Do any of you do this sort of thing? Send me a PM if you could do it.

I'm sure there are several who can do it!

No takers yet. I would send the whole riser section and anything left could be kept to build another. I would just like a nice hunting knife. Of course I would compensate the knife maker.

just stick around a while, im sure some one has the time lol

Was it this one?
Many here can do it, including myself.

Thank you Frank, and yes, that is (was) a cracked Kodiak Hunter riser.
Better than making firewood from it.
