Title: Who makes the arm guard / knife combos

Okay, I need to know who makes the above for sale.  I've seen far too many of them on here and I want one bad.  I bid on a few during the auction, but wasn't lucky enough to get them.

Steve Catts makes a great one and so does Tim Roberts but I'm not sure if Tim does it anymore or not. There are a couple other ones and I'm sure someone will chime in. They are great to have.
