Doug's caper is still one of the best feeling little knives I've ever held. I must admit to copying it many times...with mixed feelings though :o
However the guilt has been lifted...the tippit caper :) Doc

Dang! Beat me to it!
I even just picked up a sheep horn to flatten.
That is an absolute beauty!
Thanks for showing it - (now, out to the shop with this picture........)

DOC,
THAT IS REALLY FINE. I REALLY LIKE THE FORGED/FINISHED BLADES.
IF IMITATION IS THE HIGHEST FORM OF FLATTERY, DOUG SHOULD BE SITTING ON MT. EVEREST ABOUT NOW.

Wow Doc!! To sweet of a little caper.. I luv the sheep horn. I have wanted to try the sheep horn I just figured as bad as deer horn is grinding that sheep had to be a lot worse. I used buffalo one time and it about ran everyone off the farm...
Is it that bad ????

SWEET! Need it field tested????

Put it in the new swap. You send it to me and I send you my thanks :bigsmyl:
Seriously, I admire your work. Fine looking knife.

swp,
Going to Bear Quest next week so, she'll see more field testing than most knives see in a season or three :)
TxMoon,
Sheep horn is real easy to shape and polish. Plus there isn't much smell at all...Doc

Beautiful Doc!!

Beautiful knife and well executed. When I have a sheeephorn handled knife on my table, it gets picked up more than any other. Lin
