NOw thats a nice looking bow.

Thanks for the kind words guys. In case you didn't notice this ones "in stock" so you can have it for the $50 below the custom order. Only $700 plus shipping.
We started doing the horn on the SoothSayers because customers started asking for it. All I can say is WOW. Gotta talk Blacky into testing one of these babies. One thing I know from shooting it. Smooth and very fast.

Really nice Mike  That's a lovely piece of horn!

I'm EXTREMELY glad this bow isn't 3-4# lighter!! I'm out of places to hide a new bow in the house and my very understanding wife might cease to be so! :D
That bow is drop dead gorgeous!!
-
I normally don't care a thing for non-fiberglass bows...other than to look at...but this one not only looks gorgeous, I'll bet it leaves vapor trails! Beautiful bow Mike, wish I wasn't so hunting trip poor :knothead:
-
That is a truly beautiful bow...
-
Wow! Thank God it's right-handed or I could be in a lot of trouble with the wife. Beautiful bow.
-
Well BenBow we can make a left handed one just like it. LOL

pretty bow Mike. Hey, i'm finally getting started on that second glue-up i got from you and had a question--will it screw anything up if i want to leave the rind on the bamboo back ? this one's pretty dark and i think it'd be good natural camo, just wondering if it'll take the finish and be moisture resistant enough
-
oops, forgot something as usual--what finish would you recommend if i keep the rind ?
-
Mike, they just keep getting nicer and nicer. You sure do some great work

Joel,
Actually we have changed to leaving it also. We just sand it lightly to remove the shine and apply the finish. Works great and keeps the natural camo beauty of the bamboo.

Wow. There are so many beautiful bows on here and yet another comes along that blows me away. Very cool.
Mike how short NTN do you recommend when making these at say ~60# and 28"?
-
Dave,
We offer two different designs in the horn bellied bows. The SoothSayer above is a full length longbow and is offered in 62, 64, and 66". The BushWacker is a short R/D longbow offered in 58 and 60".
For a 28" draw you could have a 64" SS or a 58" BW.

*$@^%$&%!!!!
:help:

Now Killy, it's only money and an all natural bow would be just the thing to round out your collection.
BTW I think the proper term is &*%&$$@## not
*$@^%$&%!!!!
*$@^%$&%!!!! is only used when missing a buck of a lifetime.

Wow, that's gorgeous Mike! I really like the texture of the horn belly. Stunning! Also a nice contrast with the dark riser. Beautiful!
