I am averaging one knife per day this week. Finally broke down and made myself an everyday carry knife.
Lignum Vitae scales, 7/32" copper pins, 8" OAL, with a 3 3/4" flat ground blade.
I blued the blade, but sanded and buffed the spine back to its original color, with the darkened filework showing up quite well.
This was the last of my lignum vitae, and I think its going to stay that way. It smells, irritates my airways, and is simply unpleasant to work with. Looks neat when your done, but the process of getting it done is a pain.
Let me know what yall think.

(I can't seem to get a decent pic of my filework!)

good work Kid!! thats a looker for sure

Nice knife shape! looks like a few of the pin holes "splintered out" when you drilled them, a good way to avoid that is to put a piece of scrap wood underneath your handle material and drill into your handle wood and keep on going to the scrap piece.

i like it, love the wood color
