Title: Plow steel knife( new sheath pics)

Well a buddy from work gave me some plow steel from a 1960 John Deere. Very nice steel to work with I think its 1080. Took a edge and seems to be holding it very well. This is going to be my knife I think? The handle is Indian rosewood. Blade is 1/4" thick and 5" long oal is 9.5". I hammered the finger guard and I like it alot. Thanks <><

were hanging in there. Just wish it would start to warm up here. Yeah this is heavy cuss thats for sure. Im think Thats why I like so.<><

That is great.  I would say right there in the top five of your knives that are my favorites.  Keep up the great work.
Hopefully you get some warm weather.  Glad all is well.

Those turned out beautifully brother, Your hammered Guards are unique and add to the look.
