Here's a couple of Rube Goldberg contraptions that I cobbled together early on for edge bevels.
they borrow ideas from a bunch of different sources (including some sharpenig systems) I thought they might help someone though, so here they are
For a filing jig, I came up with this

For hollow grinds, I modded it a bit
and came up with this one. You can change the radius of the grind (making it shallower or deeper) by changing the angle you hold the grinder.
