More than likely it is one of the more common blade stainless steels with a pet name they made up.  Cold Steel has invented a lot of pet names for the steel they used to make it sound more exotic or something.  Not that they do not make great knives, just that steel is steel and some of the manufacturers like to attach new names to it.  Either way, the skinny is, if you like it's edge hoding ability it is good steel.  Beyond that you may need a chemist or a knife historian to provide an exact answer.
