Way to go Ray, it looks great!
-
Looks great Ray!
-
Great knife and sheath!!
-
Sweet knife, love the handle!
-
you make some beautiful iron wood skinners.
if you don't mind me asking, where do you get your iron wood? i want to try some
-
Very nice Ray!
-
just look around on the web, you know, google, unluckyhunter, and you will find lots of places to get it.
Call me or email when you have some and I will talk you through the basics..its quite a bit different than most woods we use for knife handles...actually EASIER to use in many respects, but there are some little peculiarities and shortcuts that will help your finished product.
-
thanks ray, i love the look of this stuff it's just EXPENSIVE
-
its kind of like a mattress, ULH,if you divide it up by the number of days you use it, the difference is almost negligible. 10 bucks for something else, twenty bucks for Ironwood.
Is it really TOO expensive? Make one great knife, instead of two?
-
give me your mailing address and I will send you some decent scales...not world-beaters, but some that will look good..for you to try...no cost...
