Title: Camo Patterns--Shawnee
Post by: tippit on January 20, 2008, 11:34:00 AM
I just re-sprayed one of my Shawnee Dakotas for an up coming Texas hunt.  I prefer a dull camo spray pattern on my limbs...but then again there are some nice alternatives!  I guess camo patterns are in the eye of the beholder and hopefully Not in the eye of the critters    :bigsmyl:   Doc

Man, you're GOOD! How did you get it to look so realistic using spray paints? Looks JUST like copperhead skins!!

try a plastic fern next time, Jeff...just lay it against the limb at an angle and spray the light paint against it....really looks good and gives that light/dark contrast.
