Title: Elbow pain better

Well I followed some of the advice you people suggested I do and the elbow is better,lots of ice and babied it for a while.The doctor said it was Ulnar nerve entrapment.So he put it back in its place,its sore but it don't hurt any, and I have wore a brace for the past two weeks,on two hours and off two.Shot a few arrows yesterday without pain,but don't want to over do it.Thanks for the advice.

I,m right hand shooter,because of testing the best BH,now my left elbow pain .

Thats good news,take your time and let it heal more before overdoing it.Take care
