-
Very sweet indeed.
-
I was wondering if they were going to make a anniversary long bow. Does anyone know how much one is going to cost?
-
Word has it the starting price is $1200.
-
looks like a keeper to me! :)
-
I have mine ordered, it will be here in Feb. Can't wait!
-
WOW!! Very PURTY!! :notworthy:
-
Ya know I just do not find BW and thier great big risers all that purty. The smaller riser models have a much prettier look.
somehow if it aint pretty I just dont want it. dont care how well they work, pretty is a must.
-
I guess each to his own. I think they're pretty. But then again, I think English Bulldogs are too.
-
Here's the Broadhead that is on the arrow. It is a cast head that weights in at 224gr.
We (the American Broadhead Collectors Club Members) that were at Compton's last year saw the prototype head. This is the production head

I think they are a great looking bow, and just an all around great bow. Alan

I got to handle two different examples the other day, and the pics do not do them justice. I was at the shop ordering mine, and my daughter Ashlen and I got to pick out my osage laminations for the limbs. Man is this going to be a beauty! Mine will be 55# at 29.5", and all the recurves are 60" bows.
This is a fitting commemorative to celebrate 50 years as a great archery business. I can't wait to draw mine on my first game animal! CKruse

dang stringcutter.. you just had to post pics huh??? ..man thats a good lookin bow...
-
I saw and held one of the proto's at denton hill the wood combo was/is beautiful posted pic's don't do it justice. lot's of rosewood and osage very little phenolic. i like it.
-
The production bow has one fiberglass stripe about 1/8" wide through the middle of the riser for strength, and NO phenolic in it. Even the caps on the belly side at the top and bottom of the riser are rosewood. I don't have a problem with the use of phenolic, but it would seem they went the distance to make as much of this one as possible out of wood. I hope I don't miss my actionboo cores in this one, as my other two widows have them. The only option on these is Osage cores under clear glass. Wait till you see the beauties me and the little one picked out! I'm sure it will draw smooth as silk once the guys do their magic. I can't wait to get it out into the light and watch that yellow wood turn a beautiful golden-orange! CKruse

Is the longbow available as a takedown and what are the limb woods?? Very Pretty
-
ckruse
I've got 2 PSA's with osage limb cores and I love both of em. I think they shoot every bit as hard as the actionboo and I think they are quieter as well. I don't think anyone will be disappointed in this bow.
-
Dalebow- I don't know about options on the longbow. It would be best to contact BW on Tuesday. The bow woods are Brazilian Rosewood and Osage on the longbow and recurve.
Otto- good to hear that about the osage cores. I've never been too concerned with a few fps in speed, but I've always liked the smoothness of the bamboo cores. I'm also sure these will not disappoint! CKruse

Dang it string cutter, now I had to sell some stuff and order one.. you guys are killin me!! :) I am goin to Nixia this Wed and shoot one and probably place a order...but like my others this will be a huntin bow so I am sure it will gain "character" with the years.
-
If'n I robbed a bank I think I could get one. Course, I'ld be on the run fur it.
Dave, You know an Honest Feller I could have it mailed to ?? Until ateast I do my hard time??? :(
