Alright week 2 is complete and we only dropped 6 people since week 1. Still good numbers. Had 55 people turn in scores with an average of 48....which is 3 points higher then week 1, and we had a high score of 60...which is all 12's....awesome eh!!!
Guys, if you didn't sign up don't just post your target. There was a sign up that ran Nov. through middle of Dec. and another 2 weeks after that was a list of people to make sure I didn't miss anyone. When you just post your target for the hell of it you make it really hard to find and score the peoples targets who signed up. Not to mention me having to locate your name on the list..only to find out it's not there. If you want in wait till the next one. Sorry I have to be this way, but dang it that's the way it is

• You may shoot your first target using 5 arrows. Post your target with your screen name (the one you signed up with) and your score WRITTEN ON THE TARGEt. All targets are to be posted by 12:00 Noon Sunday, Jan 20, 2008.
1. Any bow longbow or recurve – No Sights what so ever.
2. No arrow restrictions....carbon, wood, aluminum, cane....etc...are OK
3. A cut line gets rounded up
4. An "X" is a 12 everything else is as marked
5. Targets must be turned in by Sunday 12:00 PM (Noon)
6. You cannot shoot all 5 targets in one week and turn them in one at a time or all at one time
7. You may practice/warm up before shooting your target
8. If more then 5 arrow holes appear in your target your weeks target will be a zero, or you will be asked to reshoot that week.
9. Targets will be shot at a distance of 15 yards or 45 feet
10. Everyone will shoot this Target no exceptions

Not getting any better just staying in the same range, Wes Wallace Stealth 62 in. 61@29 and 2114`s w/175 gr. tip. I didnt weigh the arrows and this was the 1st time Id shot them with that tip weight. You know until I actually took the time to shoot this target a few times and keep score I was under the impression I was a better shot than this. Although I do have some times when I shoot in the mid + 50's range in practice those have been fewer and farther between than I would have thought. I just seem to be stuck in the 46 to 51 range most of the time. It really is good practice to shoot these targets. I think I have always just been content to say that my practice shots would have been a vital on a deer and leave it at that. Aaarrgghhhh! I had the first four in the 10 ring, got excited and did what I always do in golf....."Looked up". Even 40 for SOS for week 3. Note I'm trying new arrows and only shooting 3 arrows at a time that I've made up. Number 4 went in the top left hole, pretty much...then disaster with #5. You sure "7's" don't count? LOL. I HATE PHOTOBUCKET!!!!! I can drive to the Club, shoot, and return home faster than I can upload a picture of my target. Next week, guys, I'll just post a score. Had my knee 'scoped yesterday and still beat last week's score by 11! I guess 5 hits on the target will always be better than only 4.

Home made longbow guessing 45# @ 28" 31" CarbonTech 45-60 Whitetails 100 gr point 5" feathers. Finally found arrows that shoot pretty good out of it. Arrows are still a little weak.
