Yes, BUT...the RSA also banned the taking of thick skinned game with a bow and arrow as well.  Cheetah, Lion, Leopard, Spotted and Brown Hyena, Wild Dog, Black Rhino, White Rhino, Elephant, and Crocodile can no longer be hunted with a bow and arrow.

One step forward and God only knows how many steps back.
