In Idaho it was almost passed into law; that hunting be considered as a right ( it is a human right in reality).
However; there was worry that the current practice of punishing men for non-payment of child support- by not allowing them to purchase hunting or fishing licences while payments are behind- would be taken away.
And thus because of men not paying child support: in Idaho hunting is a priviledge not a right.
Hunting is a right- not a privilege; and we should do all we can to make that: a written reality.
