Title: NY Bill introduced to outlaw high fence hunting of exotics/nonnatives.

Changes existing law from an animal could be placed on 10 continous acres to an animal cannot be placed within a fenced area in which it has no means to escape.

Bill# 784

Does this mean that Mr Padavan is ok with the idea of exotic animals being allowed to roam the countryside as they wish? Is there something else in the bill that allows for the confinement of exotic species so they don't leave the farm and become a feral pest?
Even with the best of motives, poorly thought out legislation is as bad as none at all.

Hopefully that means the deportation of exotics back to where they belong: In their own native land.
