The wolves are spreading and their impact on the herds isn't to be discounted. With no clear management plan and the ones offered being challenged by the ARAs, the numbers show no sign of slowing down. They already have exceeded all of the recovery target numbers in Montana, Wyoming and Idaho. The territory is spreading.
Any thoughts?

They nolonger relocate them in MN because they can't be caught twice, they just shoot them in the traps. No hunting is allowed except by high cost federal contractors.
The federal government gets lots of pressure from the ARAs to not allow any hunting of them. Pressure needs to be applied from our side to allow hunting to save millions in lost revenues from domestic animal loss, contract costs and management expenses for the federal F&G
