My Uncle whom was just recently up from vermont visiting the family took me for a walk in the woods on our property. He decided he wanted to show me his cabin he built when he was my age (18) which has had quite a toll taken on it over the past few years. Racoons, Red Squierrels, and such tore out insulation, windows were broke and boards were missing. We puttered around looking at his old rock collections (He's a geoligist) and reminissing. When we were leaving he gave me the key, and siad if i fix and take care of it, then its mine. Needless to say i am the luckiest eighteen year old kid the world right now, and am currently fixing and working on the cabin. So i would like annouce to the rest of the gang here that...I AM THE PROUD OWNER OF A CAMP! I hope to be posting pictures of the camp restoration process soon to show all of you just what a tressure this place really is.

Looking forward to the pictures. Maybe you could give us some before and after pics and some of the new hunting grounds.
well these arent new hunting grounds, its the same place i learned to hunt squerrils in with a .22 when i was twelve, i litterally killed my first squierrel twenty yards behind the place. I go hunting here everyday after school. The cabin was just always his and locked up, its a landmark on my property. But now it my "landmark" :) !!! But i will put up some before and after pictures definently, good idea, thanks old timer.
