If the spine of my shafts are too stiff than adding weight to the front end should "loose them up". I currently shoot a 125Gr BH.
how much more weight should i add to the front? 10gr? 20gr?
Anyone have a chart that shows spine vs bow lb. with different broadhead weights? 3Rivers archery has one, but only for 125gr BHs.
OR is this a "tuning" thing and i just have to experiment? If so, at least give me a starting point. Thanks

what shafts are you using? three rivers sells tuning kits with 100, 125, 145, 160, 190 gr practice tips for wood shafts they also carry these in screw in most of them anyway.
Currently i am shooting POC, about 28in long since my draw is 26.5".
My bow is 54#@28" Striker slapstik LB.

What spine are your arrows?
A 25gr difference in point weight translates to about a 3# difference in spine for wood and aluminum arrows. It probably takes at least 50gr difference in point weight to achieve the same difference in spine for carbons because they recover from paradox so much faster. Carbons are more sensitive to changes in length than to point weight. JMHO
Floxter's answer is significant. My own rule of thumb is with wood is to figure a one 5 lb category of spine value for each 30 grain change in point weight.
