Title: Video test clip
Post by: bohuntr on April 25, 2010, 04:58:00 PM
I have just bought a Sanyo Xacti that takes
10 megapixel pictures as well as HD compatible
video clips. I bought it wanting something portable, easy to use and inexpensive to video some of my hunts. I have been testing it a little turkey hunting but the turkeys must be camera shy this year. I am going to try and post a video clip of a couple whitetails I saw from my turkey hunting blind. They were about 50 yds away when they 1st appear in the video. The little 5x optical zoom seems to do fine, especially considering I don't plan to shoot anything with my bow past 25 yards. I was surprised that something this inexpensive (under $200.00) could produce an acceptable (to me)video.  Hopefully this works.
