Title: A photo from a video??

How can I take a photo from a video. I have the video on my computer, and want to have a picture of one scene of the video..

Most of the video editing software has a 'frame grab' feature that allows you to pull a picture from your video.  I'm not sure how to do it without the software.

If you can get it to pause where you want it - do a:

 "control" "alt" "print" (simultaneously), then paste it to your "paint" program.
