Title: Looking at LB's again?? Need help
Post by: L. E. Carroll on December 22, 2007, 02:33:00 PM
I have never owned a PLII and this one is a TD to boot. It is my prefered length and draw weight but I have no experience with them. I do have experience with Pronghorns, Shrew's, Thunderhorns, and Grinnins, Stewarts and Great Pains TD's. How do you more experienced guys rate a widdow compared to other Custom's? I need to act fast on this one so what ever you can tell me will sure have an influence on my decision. Thanks alot,  Gene

You can never go wrong with a Widow. Even if it turns out it is not the bow for you, you can shoot it a month and always get back what ya paid or darn close. Shawn

Agreed Shawn. Not only that, but I remember when Widow introduced their first longbow and they put alot of research into what works and what people want. They based their product on proven design and they are good folks to boot.

PS I've only shot one but its an experience I'll never forget. If I had the where withall to have a bow collection I'd sure be trying to put a Widder longbow in it.

If you get it and you don't like it, eMail me because been dreaming of one but don't want to fork over the $. I know I'm going to have 1 but I'm going to have a used 1.

If it works don't fix it, and if it fits don't change it.
