Probably going to get a new fletching jig for christmas. I am going to make up a half dozen arrows. It will be a Jo-Jan Mono. How do these work for 4 X 4"? and what configurations can you do with this jig? (i.e. 90X90, 60X120 )
Lets see your best looking arrows you've made. I'd like some ideas. Thanks guys!
The jo-jan works perfect for 4 fletch and they all come with 4 -90. The 60x120 is sold seperately. dino

These were some arrows that I made for my son last may. Six are four fletch and 6 are 3 fletch made from some really nice ash I got from Allegany Mountain Arrow Woods. dino
These are some arrows I made over the year and which I'd like to share.

Mahogany and poplar quartered for the tail of the arrow that has a self nock cut in. Fletched with left wing Michigan Turkey feathers that have a yellow domestic turkey feather membrane spliced onto the Natural, foreshaft is Douglass Fir that was stained with the spice Turmeric with buffalo horn footing and there is a piece of glass footed into the tail and fore section to complete the shaft coupled with Copperhead skins that adorn the finished arrow as cresting The arrow wouldn't be complete without having what I consider the best broadhead on the market, the Eclipse...

Normally I've only done stain only or a basic cap at the back. I recently got a crester and this latest batch of cedars are the ones I'm most proud of to date.
