Title: black widow customer service

i just ordered a back quiver and a arm gaurd for my daughter, of course at the last possible minute for christmas. and i kid you nought within 40 minutes black widow was on the phone saying the were going to up grade the shipping so she would get it before christmas, WOW!!!!!! thats customer service

Yes, their service is great, never had any problems, it's nice that your daughter will have the order by Christmas.  Merry Christmas to all. Bill

I agree 100%. I once bought a used Widow and when I got it form the P.O. one limb was delaminated. The bow was 4 years old. I phoned Widow and spoke to Ken directly and he said send it in and we will take a look. Well a week later I get a call from Ken and he says the bow is toast but I hate to see ya out a bow. He says I have one close to your specs but it is an Exotic. I say Yes and he says if I want to pay the extra $135 he would send it out 2nd. day air. I said what do you mean he said "I mean I will send ya a brand new SAG in Bacote for $135. I about dropped dead. Greatest gesture I have ever seen or heard of!! I jumped at the chance, when I asked why he would do that he said" It was gonna be your first wido wnad I hate to see someone miss out on a great bow!!! Shawn

Ken Beck raised them right. Actually I think he mentored them and now they are just implimenting his business model. Best product possible with the best customer support.

For me, Toby and the rest at the Widow werks are doing a great job and I never have a problem recommending them.

Wow Shawn, that's amazing! Glad I own one of their bows... and many more in the years to come. Top notch company.

What a tribute to an outstanding traditional archery company. A couple of years ago I purchased a BW PMA-V used but not abused. I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Even though I favor Massie "Longhorns" and own a Massie Model M TD recurve,this BW is my go to recurve. Great product and obviously a great company to do business with.  :thumbsup:

I have known Roger, John and Toby's familes since I was a kid and I guaranty you that they arrived at Black Widow with the right skill sets to be the kind of businessmen Ken helped them to be. They will carryon the proud Widow tradition well into the future.
