I have recently found out that my niece is having a problem with sin. She has married a man that has a child from previous marriage, and he has a child with a girl from a previous relationship. my niece has (naturally) been living with her husband, they have taken in a friend and opened thier home to this girl (a mutual friend). I have found out that my niece's husband has gotten my niece preg. (2nd child of thiers)3rd of his.
and also thier mutual live in friend is preg. to him.
to complicate matters worse, my niece has been having relations with the mutual friend who lives with them (to whom is pregnant from her husband).
I am convicted to confront my niece on this matter, I need all the prayers I can get to be able to "put on the whole armor of God" and step-up and show my niece the truth about her sin and being as lost as a golfball in high weeds, all the while showing no condemnation and God's love. I want to be able to convert her, not show her the "stereo-type" Christian that walks one way and shouts the other, If anybody here knows me (DOC) you know I am far from perfect, yet trying to prevent any soul I can, from being eternally lost. Today is the day of salvation, time is of the essence, we are not guarenteed tommorrow, each breathe is truly a gift.
I'll get off my soap box...PLEASE PRAY THE LORD PREPARES HER HEART FOR RECEPTION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!!!!!!!!
fact is she KNOWS BETTER...but then again...don't we all!!!!!!

Wow, Bud...yeah, I know you. And I know you can't shrink from this.
One thought hit me reading your words, and y'know ME on words...
What if...what if, just as a thought, if you lose the idea that you're going to "confront" her so that instead, you might open yourself more to God's love as you share your heart of fear for her soul, vs. pointing out her failure?
Won't matter... Prayers from us all for God to use you as He speaks to her and not you. Only way any of us get it right anyway... Love the sinner and hate the sin...
Man that is a lot for one child to be dealing with, huh? Prayers up!
Keep theSon in your eyes and heart!

please understand that I have not gotten the direction to go forth and extend the loving direction to my niece yet. I will not move on a situation like this (any for that matter) without Gods sending me a burning bush as to clear, prayed-up, GRACIOUS, indwelling of the Holy Spirit leading power...too much at stake here to dao "as I see fit"

Maybe you already had the call when you last wrote... ??
...is this one of those "step out in faith" moments? Sounded like she can't make too many more dumb choices... without em leaving a mark.
