Title: prayers for my 5 y/o daughter
Post by: wasapt on March 16, 2008, 12:06:00 AM: I've been down in Houston at Texas Childrens Hospital this week getting the pre-op done with my 5 y/o daughter. She is having open heart surgery on Monday the 17th, to repair a few problems with her heart. She has a twin sis, a younger 2 y/o brother and a 10 year old sis. All your prayers would be appreciated. We will be here for 2 weeks minimum following the operation.

It's no fun when one of our little ones needs medical attention.My prayers always ask God to please spare my kids if possible,and let the hurt come down on me instead.Silly, I know,because it is all in Gods hands,but I do it anyhow.

Post by: wasapt on March 17, 2008, 10:14:00 PM: Aspen did great in surgery and the dr says she is going to be fine, she is in ICU now and still sedated. She is looking great via the monitors of her vital signs, thanks again for all your support and prayers.
