Title: Update on Vermonster13 5/2/07 update (doin much better)

I left a message on David's cell this afternoon and his wonderful wife called me back.
 Seems the big guy is having his share of difficulties. He's on his third setback. This time he is suffering from a deep wound infection. They had to open him back up to let the incision heal from the inside out.
 She sounded in good spirits and was very greatful for all the prayers. She will keep me informed of his progress so I can pass on the reports. I'm sure the Vmonster will be on here soon to tell it himself. She said he would be in the hospital for a least 2 more days.

I'm glad you asked Vance.

I just got off the phone with the Vmonster and I'm glad to say he is doing much better. His spirits are up and he's lookin forward to gettin home and on here with his friends. He has to have his open wound dressing changed quite often and he's bein loaded up on antibiotics. He's still planning on hosting "Green Mountain Feathers and Fins" on the 17th. He won't be able to hunt with a bow, but he's still gonna have fun with whoever shows up.
He'd love some phone calls at the hospital, so whoever wants to chat with him pm me for a phone number.

He says thanks for all the prayers and thoughts.

Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes. You folks were a great source of strength for me in this trying time. While not still out of the woods, I am at last out of the hospital and home.

I'll be on here quite a bit if that surprises any of you. LOL Not much else they'll allow me to do for now. I am only allowed to lift 5# for now. Anyone have a 5# bow with matched arrows they aren't using? LOL
