Title: fellow traditional bowhunter murdered

My Iowa buddy informed me that Iowa traditional bowhunter Mike Bentler, his wife and 3 daughters were murdered and his son is in custody as the suspect.  I didn't know Mike but am sure that your prayers for his grieving friends and family would be appreciated.

Bless their hearts. Dear Lord protect us from the things we do to ourselves. Please help the friends and families of this unfortunate aberation.

Such horrible news.  It's hard not to want to judge in such circumstances, but I know our Lord wants us to pray not only for the fallen victims and those who love them and are so ripped by this tragedy, but also for the perpetrator, and their miserable soul for the torture that lives within them that would lead them to such carnage.

Lord, bless these souls and keep them, their family and friends close to you. Be with law enforcement and prosecutors such that they find the true culprit and move in all to change their hearts and turn to You, Lord for insight, peace and healing.

Oh Yahweh please have grace and mercy on this family.  Please help us as a people to humble ourseleves and pray, help us to seek your face and turn from our evil ways that you might forgive us our sins and heal our lands!
