Anyone else take out a special vintage bow during late season? I'm headed Back to the woods tmrw with my 1967-1/2 super kodiak shooting wood arrows with razor heads. Going to try and make ol Fred proud. Love ground hunting With those older bows. You can feel something special in the wind. Love it

Going to take my 1962 LH Grizzly next trip out.

That's cool. I like those grizzlys. hope you poke a hole in something.

Maybe string up a sixty one Kodiak Magnum here in a few days. It has been too warm to hang a deer so I have let nine weeks of deer season slide on by. But I am getting the urge to take a quiet walk with an old bow and see what happens. I win even if I don't take a shot.

I mostly hunted this fall with a 67 Super Kodiak...my backup bows were a 62 KMag and a 60 Kodiak

I dedicated last season to a 66 Kodiak. Took a doe with it. I have been hunting this season with a Bear Takedown and will probably continue with it until I take something significant. The way things are going it may take a while.
