I will take a shot. The large head looks like a somewhat recent Simmons head, and the red one is a 1996 Raptor.

I asked Bob Wolter if he knew what that SI was that I couldn't ID and he don't know either.
I believe it was made by Outers, It is a modular head with inter locking blades and a 2 piece polymer ferrule.
The blades are unsharpened and its the only one I have ever seen.

Now that's it's taken apart it looks more familiar for some reason.
I do not have the ABCC book on screw-ins, guess its not listed.
Wolter said he double checked his book and it is in there.
