What is the recommended brace height for a '59 Bear Polar?
Thanks,
David

I'd try 7.5 to 8".

I think that Polar may have been made in more than one length...brace heights vary according to bow length

I believe the 59 polar is a 64" bow. Let us know how it shoots! Always wanted one of those.

Thanks to everyone. It is a 64". It shoots really good, I was surprised.

Love the polar. Mine shoots great at 7.5".
-
Yep, same here. Great shooting bow.

I'll add my .02 for the Polar.
I have a '59, , copper coin, dark red glass, 64" and 44# @ 28".
I have it set at 7.5" and it's shooting great.
One of my favorites just to string up and shoot stumps with.
Very smooth and fun to carry.

I'm with you Jeff!
59 Polar looks very appealing. Like to find a nice one in the low 40#'s.......... Don't think you see them to often..

I have a '58 64" no coin they added that in '59 if I recall correctly. I love mine, it's only problem is the idiot shooting it. lol
