Title: Bear Stuff?
Post by: PaLongshank on July 22, 2013, 09:54:00 PM
for you Bear collectors....is there a website or anything out there that one can access to get estimated worth/going rate on old Bear equipment. Not bows, but packaged items such as arrow building supplies. For example, a pack (12) full length right wing feathers. The pack is a cardboard fold with bear insignia......stumbled in to a pretty good lot of older stuff....I'm guessing late 50s-60s era.

thanks

I have never found such a site.  Bear collectors seem to want to keep prices a secret.  We are a strange lot of badly diseased fellows that always want more Bear stuff.  And we all want to find it as cheap as possible.  You can do an advanced search on the big auction site (that we are forbidden to call by name for some reaon on this site) and maybe get an idea.

I really wish that  there were some swapmeets in my part of the world.  There is much that can be learned from others with similar interests.

There is really no database or book on values, it is really all dependent on rarity, condition and collectability. I can try to help you on prices though. You can email me at [email protected] . Nick
