Can anyone date this Pearson Stallion for me?

Don't know by the serial number, but judging by the riser construction I would say very early '60's.

Full working recurved limbs
Weights 40 to 75 lbs.
7 to 7 1/2 inch
Red glass
pistol grip
Multi-colored hardwood handle.(Black, white, and brown)

Thanks very much Bernhard! I think that is spot on as another member told me he thought it was a '63 also. He didn't have a catalog for 1962 so, he wasn't sure if it might be a '62. Very very much appreciate the info. :wavey:

Wannabe1, I have 6 Ben Pearson Stallions but they all have one wood type in the riser. About 20 yrs ago I almost won the NC state championship with one of them. After 2 rounds with the Mustang I had a lead of 30 points. A month later I shot the last round with another bow and lost it. That's what you get for not sticking with what works for you.
I like these Ben Pearson Mustangs as well as the Bear Grizzlies. If you ever want to sell that one of yours let me know.
