Title: Green leather top?
Post by: NIGEL01 on March 27, 2013, 12:33:00 PM
Was there ever such a thing, I've never seen one.  But I got a hold of one someone spray painted black, as I removed the paint it looked like it was a metallic green under a couple layers of paint.

There was a green 4 arrow model. It had the same plastic hood as the 8 arrow model. And, the upper spring arm was adjustable. Never heard of  a green leather top though.

If it is indeed a leather top then the green was probably another layer of a home done paint job.

One I saw on on-line auction site descibed the hood as "leather textured plastic". I had to read it closely to figure out what they were saying. If you look at the old green spring arm quivers they do sorta have a leather texture to the plastic.
