I sold one to my nephew that had the same wood and looks just like it...It has black limbs and black and white tip overlays and 56" long...Great shooters....One of the prettist woods I think bear used...

Post by: finkm1 on March 18, 2013, 05:00:00 PM: Yep, catalog CD says that the '71 Grizzly was made of shedua and the glass was black. Finding out that the catalogs were not always right,according to the catalog, the '68 grizzly was made of zebra wood but mine is shedua. Was told it depended on what wood was in supply at the time the bow was built.

All the 68s I've ever owned were either Shedua or Tigerwood. The Zebrawwoods were 1964 and 65.
