Title: St. Judes 59 Polar
Post by: copicasso on October 28, 2012, 08:25:00 PM
Finally after several months the bow is done. I would like to thank Bill(MR Bill Shorty) for the donation and his patience. (http://i1056.photobucket.com/albums/t374/copicasso/CIMG2689.jpg)

The 59 Polars didn't come with a leather grip but I like to use them to cover where I overlap the skins. I also put several coats of stain on the grip to give it a used look

It turned out great!  That is a very nice set of canebreak skins you backed the bow with, very distinct central stripe.
