I was just at a friend's house and he showed me a Grizzly he picked up at a tag sale.
He asked if I knew when it was made and about what it's worth. I told him no,but that I knew where to check.
Here it is,

It's in excellant condition, pretty much spotless. The mark on the limb pic is just that it was covered in dust.

Any ideas? I've been doing forum searches and can't figure it out. Gainsville Fla. bow, maybe?
Some of you "Bear" guys should write a book, alot of info in all the posts I've read so far.

The G serial number on the Grizzlies started sometime during the last year of the Grayling bows and carried on to Gainesville. The bottom silkscreen will say if it was produced in Grayling or Gainesville.

Thanks Jack,I'll have him check. He picked it up for bowfishing, but didn't want to use it until he found out what it was. Didn't want a "good one" rattling around in the bottom of the boat.Picked it up for $25
