Came up with a sharp 1961 Kodiak, purple Heart I-Beam, 62' pewter coin, star stamp 60" 36# with no serial number...you just don't come across 61 Kodiak's often..

That's a beauty!

Very nice, both of them,,have to admit I don't know hardly anything about the '61's just don't see 'em that often...Were there any variations in length, riser woods? How do they shoot compared to the '60, '62's?

Yes both are beauties!

Very nice bows, both of them. Stunning when with a fresh clearcoat, wow. I am looking for a pewter or aluminum flat bear coin for a '61 Kodiak if anyone has an extra they want to sell, or if anyone is making reproductions, please send me a pm.

Looks like one has popped up on the big auction. No star!
