I swear I saw a really nice Signature Takedown on E### the other day...can't find it for nothing today. Anyone else see it or am I losing my mind. It was up to $4.25 (2 bids) when I saw it. Looked like a good one.
-
I believe it was some type of scam and the listing was pulled.
-
That bow pops up quite often and never stays on there for long.
-
Had 6 back and forth emails with seller.
One of the pictures in the auction says to email before bidding or bid will be cancelled. So I did. I asked for the serial# and weight. She wrote back that she is selling for a guy in afghanistan and his dad has the bow packaged and waiting at the shipping Co. for address of buyer.
She said it has a low buy it now of $2500 and that I should give her my full name, address, phone # and she will contact **** to move forward?????
Complete BullS*** and then the listing went away "during" our emails last nite.
Her email is [email protected]

hey Phil I was high bidder on that one and they wanted the 2,500.00 asap ....... thats the same gang been listing it for almost 2 years bd
-
Yes, Don (good morning, Don; it is good to see you posting), I suspect that it is the same bunch. And, I bet that Susan Hund is not the seller's real name, because I seem to recall that they have been using more than one "name" over the years. In fact, I wonder if there might be a real Susan Hund whose email account has been hijacked.

It is more than 2 years that the bow is around the serial #was 155,but the real #155 in in NYC in the hands of a collector member here,I gues he is really mad about the story.Take care to buy something on auction without a Paypal payment!!
-
Glad I asked! Too many crooked people out there. My dad almost bought a Honda van of Craigslist a few years ago. The same Afganistan story...we were reluctant because the deal seemed too good to be true. Thanks for the info guys.
-
Yeah I bid on it a coupla' times for fun knowing it would get yanked! It was a slow day.................. :bigsmyl:
-
Just for the record guys.... I am the current LEGITIMATE owner of the #155 Signature TD bow. I purchased it in March of 2010 from another collector also living in upstate NY.
Any Signature bow seen listed with this serial # on e**y is a fraud and should be immediately reported as such.
Thanks,

Yes Ron now I remember you bought the most published Signature in the world.LOL.
I think this guy is somehow demaging you,but your bow is real and good, like you.
-
Ron, that clears things up, for sure.

thats so funny really I just looked and being whom I am I keep track of some of the bows when I can.But that one has been listed I believe 6 times........but I can't hardly wait until I really win it for 60 bucks and the dude actualy sends it to me yeahaw................. hey Ramond good to see you boys this morning too.I been missing this place alot bd
-
I'm gonna outbid you bowdoc. I'll put in a maximum bid of $75 - and then have them ship it first! :goldtooth:
-
The sad part of the whole deal is I would love to buy a signature bow.I just won't bid on the ones listed on e***.Too many scam artists out there and I won't use Pay*** either,I had my account hi-jacked and didn't get ANY help from them.I cancelled my account and will never use them again.
-
It is back on again-I got outbid earlier today..........no intention of winning, the guy has made folks unhappy in prior auctions.
-
It is hard to know...........the same seller has been fooling around with it for months now. Good looking bow and Paypal will side with the buyer in the event of a dispute so post some good pics on here when you get it! :bigsmyl:
-
I
-
I bought from the seller
-
The bow is gone again and shows relisted (again) seems he's looking for the $9,800 buyer and if it doesn't have high enough bids early he pulls it.
-
Pretty good if it is as described.............I'd have been happier if I won the bowdoc's arrows-that was something!!
-
#158 was the one I was looking at.I had it saved in my**** so I could pull it up this morning and watch it end (I was prepared to pay up to $4,000) when I pulled it up it was gone.I looked a little closer and realized I was too late.
Hopefully someone we know bought it.
-
Yeah Ron I got up early and watched it end. It went for a decent price but nothing I could do about it....
Your 4 grand probably would have gotten it.
-
BEWARE.... same bow as this week.....different location
-
Bow is listed again with BIN $2500 and serial #157 pictures are high jacked from the bow sale last week from one of our members
-
the scam-er is back with a new high jacked user's account
-
I saw it too and already reported it to *****,hopefully they remove it before someone gets scammed.
-
Wait a second. Just checked in here and found this topic up again.
Ironically, My email has been hacked recently and I shut it down right away.
The photos in that auction clearly looks like my table and chair in the photo shown!!!!!!
That might be one of my Signature bows.
I am alerting **** now!!!!!!!
Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!
