Hi, I recently picked up a 59 kodiak, I have read all the old post on them but still have a question. Mine is marked BG409 60" 52# B. it's that B. right under the poundage that I am unsure of it's meaning. Also looking to have it refinished is Bow Doc still doing these? Thanks for any info.

Nor is anyone else!!!!!! If only we could could go back in time to Grayling!
There are other letters that can be found on old bows. I also have a 59 K......with the letter "L" below the poundage.

that letter is also under your leather grip and is the inspecters ID letter. If you ever remove the leather grip you will find the info like length draw weight and that same letter bd
